Ms. Zenylisse Meléndez, also known as “Zeny”, brings a wealth of experience and a deep personal commitment to her immigration law practice. Ms. Meléndez was born in Puerto Rico and migrated to the United States in 2002 to central Florida where she lived until 2008 when she moved to Charlotte, North Carolina. She then returned to Florida in 2019.
Ms. Meléndez graduated with the highest honors from Appalachian School of Law. Her dedication to her legal education and her commitment to serving the community showcases her resilient advocacy for human rights, diversity, and justice through the practice of law. Ms. Meléndez is licensed in North Carolina and has been a member of the North Carolina State Bar Association since 2018. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
With several years of experience practicing immigration law, Ms. Meléndez has developed a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of immigration law, including family-based petitions, consular processing, adjustment of status, waivers, citizenship, asylum, deportation defense, humanitarian relief, and more. She navigates complex immigration processes effectively.
